Maihah's Current Status

For now, Mainah is doing fine. There are no complications. Only that this week the radiation machine was down so she is starting with chemotherapy on Thursday and continue with radiation. She is upset a bit by those three days which have gone by without her exercise which increases her stay in South Africa.
Thank you brother and sister. God bless you.

Mainah's Status Report

Greetings in His wonderful name, Jesus.

Today I spoke to Mainah she was in high spirit as she was from her treatment she said the doctor is happy with the progress and she is also happy and hoping to recover sooner than expected.

I need that I and Mainah come in person to thank all these people who stood with us at this trying time. I dont know on what you can do that this happens. My plans were that as soon as Mainah is discharged from hospital we come straight there before going back home then stay for a week and go to African Leadership then go back home. This will give Mainah fresh time to recover out of this situation and have fresh mind as she goes back home. For travels already we have our return tickets from Johannesburg to Bulawayo we only need Johannesburg --Atlanta/Augusta--Johannesburg. Please pray about and let me know. Thankyou.

God bless you. Agrippa Dube

FOOTNOTE FROM ANN

A local doctor and hospital has agreed to check Mainah out to make sure she is OK --- once we get her here. The tickets are approximately $2200 each. Please ask God how you need to personally respond to this present situation.

AGRIPPA & ABEDNICHO EMAILS / PHOTOS

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
On Friday we moved from the guest house to a place close to the hospital
where Mainah will be receiving treatment (Glynwood Oncology Life Health
Care). However they have already done a scan and the doctor said the
problem is manageable and they did not expect it to be like that. She is
starting with Radiation on Monday the 9th at 11.30am our time about 530am
your time. This process will take place everyday for 10minutes a day,
Monday to Friday until the 3rd of July 2008. Once a week chemotherapy will
be done for about 5 weeks.

We have now paid R46 106.38 is about $6 587.00. we also managed to clear
the bill of the first hospital where she was admitted for two days soon
after her arrival which was about R9581.00 ($1369.00). We have also
managed to pay the bill for the guest house which amounted to R3000.00
($430.00)

The outstanding amount is for chemotherapy which is estimated at more or
less R35 082.90 which is equivalent to $5012.00.

May God bless all of you, AGRIPPA DUBE

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.Sorry for delaying to give
you my parents' photos reason being that i don't have internet where i
stay so i have to travel to an internet cafe. i managed to take photos of
the hospital where she will be treated as from Monday (Glynwood Hospital)
and the place where the're staying now.

We thank God who is at work in Mainah's life. Few days ago God took me to
Luke 8v50 and after reading the verse I had so much faith and I know she's
gonna be alright. I know that God is about to get some glory. Soon we'll be
testifying about the goodness of God. I understand that there can never be
a testimony without a TEST.

Thank you very much. God bless you. ABEDNICHO DUBE

RESULTS OF TESTING AT NEW HOSPITAL

I spoke with Pastor Agrippa this afternoon after Mainah had completed her tests today. Her cancer has spread from the womb to the pelvic area. Mainah will be undergoing radiation and chemo-therapy for the next 28 days.

Funding is absolutely needed at this time. The cost of this treatment alone is over $12,000. Pastor Agrippa will be traveling back to Zimbabwe soon to check on the needs of his family and ministry. His oldest son, Abednicho, will be caring for Mainah while he is gone. Mainah needs funding for food and lodging while she undergoes this treatment and Pastor Agrippa also needs funds for travel and lodging to and from Johannesburg/Bulawayo.

Please pray that their needs will be met 100%. The only way this can happen is if each of us gives sacrificially. Please share Pastor Agrippa's needs with anyone that you know that can help. 100% of the money collected is going to meet Pastor Agrippa and Mainah's needs.

Please pray for Pastor Agrippa, Mainah, and their family. Pray that in it all and through it all God's name will be glorified.

Mainah's Garden

The seasons in Zimbabwe are opposite of ours since they are below the equator and we are above. It is winter in Zimbabwe right now.

This is a picture of Mainah earlier this year (Jan/Feb) after harvesting a crop of turnips from her garden and prparing them for sale.

One of her grandchildren is playing in front of her.
